CAC VIDEO PRODUCTIONS

In many years, the CAC program has involved the production of educational video programs designed for school children.  Our three successful projects thus far are:

Tropical Rainforest Conservation

filmed on location in Costa Rica.

Elephas maximus:  The Biology and Conservation of the Asian Elephant

filmed on location in Sri Lanka

World Class:  The Wildlife Refuge System

filmed on location in Alaska

You can learn about these past projects at our conservenature.org web site, or you can stop by HSC to view the programs.  (Just ask Sharon Lotterer to borrow a copy).

There is a video production already underway for this year.  It is focused on killer whales, and it is shot both in the wild and in captivity.  It is a separate project, organized and conducted independently of the NWR-focused project.
